My marketing delivers maximum exposure – through pricing, property preparation, high quality HDR photography & video, twilight and drone photography for luxury properties and property specific marketing materials. There will be in-house highlight signage, mailings to the top 100 agents showing buyers in the area, open house exposure (if desired) easy agent accessibility, showing feedback requested from every showing agent and provided promptly as well regular communication to ensure you know what actions are being taken and what information is being provided from the market.
